We’ll send a visual mock-up and quote. Once approved, we just need a 50% deposit to get started.

As soon as your deposit is confirmed, we move straight into printing. We handle everything from sourcing the garments to professionally applying your custom DTF print.
Please allow approximately 4–5 business days for production, depending on order size and garment availability. -
Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange pick-up or provide shipping details.

Prices vary depending on the size, placement, and quantity of your order, and we also offer bulk discounts for orders of 16 pieces or more.

We’ll provide a personalized estimate for your order. -
We don’t have a minimum order quantity, however a set up fee of $30 is applicable to orders under 12 pieces.
We also offer bulk discounts for orders over 16 pieces.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a high-quality printing method that allows full-colour, detailed, and durable prints on a wide range of fabrics — including cotton, blends, and polyester. It’s flexible, long-lasting, and great for both small and large runs.

300 DPI and transparent backgrounds are ideal. If you’re unsure — send what you have and we’ll check it for you. -
Yes — we offer graphic design assistance and can help refine, format, or recreate your artwork if needed.

Yes, as long as they are approved first. We do this to ensure print quality and garment suitability.
There is also a BYO fee of $2 per piece to cover the cost of handling + extra prep timeWe can also source blanks for you if you prefer.

You can also choose local studio pick-up. -
Because all items are custom-made, returns are not available for change-of-mind or sizing issues.
However, if there is an error on our end, we will happily reprint or resolve the issue — your satisfaction matters.
